The planning process a more data driven approach to help prioritize resources and promote organizational focus. The main components of Strategic Planning include the Foundation as the FVSU mission statement. The supporting components as values, FVSU goals and vision, which is an expression of institution aspiration, and is based on analysis of the institution environment.
