COVID-19 Applicant Reevaluation Request Form

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, University System of Georgia (USG) and Fort Valley State University (FVSU) Freshman Admission Policy has been changed effective Monday, March 23, 2020. FVSU may now review admissions applications under the temporary new admission requirements due to the lack of Testing Center Availability during Spring and Summer 2020.

This page is limited to only applicants that have been notified by the Office of Admission about this new opportunity to be reevaluated under the new requirements.
