Quality Enhancement Plan
FVSU must develop a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) as a part of the reaffirmation process. The QEP proposal must include the following: (a) a topic identified through our ongoing, comprehensive planning and evaluation process; (b) involvement of broad-based support of institutional constituencies; (c) a focus on improving specific student learning outcomes and/or student success; (d) allocation of resources to initiate, implement and complete the QEP; and (e) a plan to assess achievement.
