The key student achievement metrics identified by the University are:
 

• Second-Year Retention Rate – A crucial measure of student persistence, reflecting the percentage of first-year students who return for their second year.
• Six-Year Graduation Rate – A benchmark for long-term academic success, tracking the percentage of students who complete their degree within six years.
• Third-Year Persistence Rate – An essential indicator of student engagement and progression toward degree completion, capturing students who remain enrolled in their third year.
