8/15/18—Full Committee Meeting

Introduction of the committee members. President Jones shared his charged with the committee. An overview of the process to execute the President’s charge was shared by the Co-Chairs. Committee members participated in a visioning exercise to define key directives to establish the vision, mission, and objectives.  Committee members were provided local, regional, State and National best practices and models for foundational support.

8/23/18— Full Committee Meeting

Selection of the sub-committee chairs for faculty/staff and students. Co-chairs oriented on the SWOT analysis.

8/29/18—Electronic Submission

Co-chairs submitted the proposed vision, mission, and objectives for the committee’s approval.

9/11/18— Virtual

SWOT analysis template was sent to the sub-committees via Sharepoint to begin the Asset Mapping process of primary, secondary, and tertiary resources for faculty/staff and students.

9/20/18—Full Committee Meeting

The meeting was canceled due to inclement weather.

9/24/18—Subcommittee Meeting

Student subcommittee met to discuss the SWOT analysis and assign members tasks.

10/4/18—Subcommittee Meeting

Faculty/Staff subcommittee met to discuss the SWOT analysis and assign members tasks.

10/9/18—Subcommittee Meeting

Student subcommittee met to discuss the SWOT analysis and assign members tasks.

Chair and subcommittee chair met to discuss the completed SWOT analysis for recommendations.
