FVSU professor highly sought for scholarly publications and academic appointments

Komanduri S. Murty, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Fort Valley State University Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences, was recently appointed as Editor-in-Chief of the Education and Social Science (ESS) Journal.
The ESS Journal aims to facilitate and support research related to Education and Learning. The Journal gives academic and business experts a forum to address recent developments in the field of Education and Learning. Bridging the gap of users who don't have access to major repositories where one can pay for any downloaded article; as part of our contribution to the global science community, this online publishing platform is available to all readers. It mainly welcomes research articles, reviews, letters, etc. Survey papers and comments providing new ideas are also acknowledged and lay the groundwork for more exploratory and experimental research.
The publication is semi-annual and is released every June and December.

Murty also recently agreed to contribute to The SAGE Encyclopedia of Multicultural Counseling, Social Justice, and Advocacy. SAGE is a global academic publisher of books, journals, and a growing suite of library products and services. The publication will be an authoritative reference book in social and behavioral sciences related to key areas of Dr. Murty's expertise.
